• Your first name (if you give it)
• Purchase details if you buy a product (handled by Gumroad — we never see your full payment info)
• Aggregate site analytics (page visits, referral source — no personal identifiers)

How we use it

• To deliver the free checklist or product you requested
• To send you operator-grade emails (1–2 per week) related to short-term rentals
• To improve our products based on aggregate behavior

How we don't use it

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't share your email with third parties.
• We don't run remarketing pixels on you.

The services we use to operate this business — and only what they need:

How to leave

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list. We don't make you fill out a form or "tell us why."

To delete all your data, including past purchase records, email us at hello@stroperatorlab.com and we'll honor the request within 14 days.

Children

This site and our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
